Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Technical Specification

• Analyze client and tender specifications including building type, height, traffic patterns, and usage to recommend appropriate elevator systems.
• Conduct traffic analysis to determine optimal elevator capacity, speed, and quantity requirements.
• Interpret complex building requirements with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Technical Documentation & Compliance

• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and input data into relevant systems.
• Ensure all recommendations comply with local codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare technical documentation and project drawings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical expertise in elevator systems and lift technologies.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Saudi National status.
