Postal Products & Ecommerce Manager

Role Overview

Manager – International Postal Products & E-Commerce Services at Emirates Post Group, responsible for the development, readiness, governance, and continuous improvement of international postal products and e-commerce postal services.

Role Purpose

Ensure that international letter post, parcels, EMS, registered items, tracked services, small packets, returns, and e-commerce postal flows are designed, documented, priced, launched, and monitored in line with UPU regulations, customer needs, customs requirements, operational capabilities, and approved corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Design

• Design international postal products and e-commerce postal service offerings aligned with market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Document product specifications, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Price postal products and services competitively while maintaining profitability.

Launch & Monitoring

• Launch new international postal products and e-commerce services to market.
• Monitor performance and compliance of all active postal flows and services.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure alignment with UPU regulations and approved corporate policies.
• Meet customer needs and customs requirements in all product offerings.
• Maintain operational readiness across all service lines.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement of existing international postal products and e-commerce services.
