Role Overview
Portfolio Manager at Asico. The role is based in the UAE and involves overseeing and growing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties while maintaining strong client relationships and maximizing portfolio performance.
Role Purpose
To oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, maintain exceptional client relationships, maximize portfolio performance, ensure high occupancy rates, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding property management services.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Performance Management
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Monitor property performance, occupancy, renewals, and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow the property portfolio and improve operational efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and key clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve client concerns and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure efficient operations.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare portfolio performance reports and present recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and applicable UAE laws.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, property management, or real estate account management within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and property management practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/Property Management systems.
