Role Overview

Role Purpose
To represent the Polestar brand in a customer-focused capacity, deliver premium retail experiences, achieve vehicle sales targets, and educate customers on electric mobility solutions and sustainable transportation options.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Targets
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch vehicle sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Provide an immersive and educational customer journey that reflects the Polestar brand's innovative and sustainable vision
Product Education & Presentation
- Deliver engaging product presentations and educate customers on Polestar vehicles, electric mobility solutions, and related technologies
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in automotive sales or premium retail environments with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a customer-centric mindset
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions
