Role Overview
PMO Analyst at DeepLight AI, a specialist AI and data consultancy, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose
You will sit at the operational heart of the client delivery function, owning project controls, driving portfolio governance, analysing delivery health, and producing executive-level reporting across multi-stream enterprise AI and data projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Controls
- Own project baselines, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) across multi-stream delivery engagements.
- Track project performance against established controls.
Executive Reporting
- Design, automate, and distribute high-impact PMO dashboards, status reports, and portfolio KPIs for executive leadership and steering committees.
- Consolidate complex data streams across multiple projects into clear, actionable portfolio visibility.
Performance Analysis
- Evaluate project trends and highlight schedule variances.
- Detect budget deviations and provide early warning insights to maintain delivery velocity.
Governance & Compliance
- Support project stage-gate reviews.
- Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks.
- Maintain audit-ready project documentation.
Standards & Improvement
- Collaborate with delivery leaders to continuously optimize PMO templates, reporting workflows, and project management best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a PMO, project controls, project coordination, or reporting analyst role within a structured project environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with PPM and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage constructively with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders.
- Sharp eye for detail and advanced analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge complex data into actionable business value.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Additional Information
