Role Overview

Wood PLC is seeking experienced Project Management Consultancy (PMC) professionals to support multiple high-profile assignments across Saudi Arabia. Positions are available for remote site-based project delivery on large-scale industrial, energy, oil & gas, and capital projects.

Role Purpose

To deliver project management consultancy services across project execution, controls, contracts, procurement, HSE, quality, and administrative functions on major industrial and energy infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Engineering

• Lead construction management activities on large-scale projects.
• Assess constructability and optimize project execution approaches.
• Manage senior engineering discipline leadership and coordination.
• Engineer project delivery across construction phases.
• Provide technical engineering support throughout project lifecycle.

Project Controls

• Manage project cost engineering and budget tracking.
• Control project costs and expenditure forecasting.
• Oversee integrated project controls and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Plan and schedule project activities.

Contracts & Procurement

• Manage procurement and material supply chain activities.
• Engineer contract strategy and vendor management.
• Control materials and supplier performance.

HSE & Quality

• Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance programs.
• Engineer environmental management and sustainability initiatives.
• Supervise safety operations and incident prevention.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Assure quality standards and testing protocols.

Project Support

• Control project documentation and records management.
• Provide administrative support to project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Sciences, Safety, or equivalent relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role for most positions.
• Senior and managerial positions require 15–25+ years of experience.
• Proven experience working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is mandatory.
• Previous experience on major Oil & Gas, Energy, Pipeline, Infrastructure, Industrial, Mining, or Process Plant projects.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

• Saudi Aramco project experience highly preferred.
• Experience on GCC and Middle East projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations, project controls, construction management, and HSE requirements.
