PLANT FORKLIFT DRIVER

Role Overview

Plant Forklift Driver at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate forklift equipment to move finished goods, waste, and materials throughout the production facility, maintaining safety standards and supporting continuous production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Materials Handling

• Remove finished goods pallets from machine area to waiting area after shrink-wrapping.
• Transport waste trolleys to bailer area.
• Load finished goods pallets from transit area onto track.
• Unload waste trolleys inside waste containers.
• Arrange outside transit areas with empty pallets and baler area materials.
• Provide empty pallets in machine area for production.
• Provide empty waste trolleys as needed.

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform forklift daily maintenance tasks.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consult and participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the occupational health and safety management system.
