Role Overview
JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are at the forefront of delivering transformative social infrastructure projects aligned with Vision 2030.

Role Purpose
You will develop and manage project schedules to enhance project delivery and efficiency, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale social infrastructure projects and the achievement of Vision 2030 objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development & Management
- Design and maintain comprehensive project schedules that reflect realistic timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive the successful execution of project plans.
- Facilitate regular planning meetings to communicate updates, milestones, and areas for concern.
Performance Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze project performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address potential delays or issues.
Risk Management
- Work closely with risk management teams to identify potential scheduling risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Apply understanding of project risk management in real-world scenarios.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and guide junior planning staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in project planning, especially in large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving project processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
