Role Overview
Planner - RP13 position with JASARA PMC supporting construction supervision opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is currently being filled on an Expression of Interest (EOI) basis for an upcoming framework agreement.

JASARA PMC is a key delivery partner supporting the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs. The company supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments throughout Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Support project planning and progress monitoring activities by reviewing Contractor schedules, tracking progress against planned timelines, and preparing planning reports and dashboards for project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management
- Support review and monitoring of Contractor schedules.
- Review look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
- Track planned versus actual progress.
- Maintain planning records and schedule data.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.
- Support schedule analysis and reporting.
- Collect and verify progress information from site teams.
Escalation & Coordination
- Identify potential delays and escalate them to the Senior Planner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience in construction supervision or consultancy preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
