Placement Executive - Medical and Life at Marsh, Dubai. This is a full-time position for UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose
Support the successful placement and renewal of insurance policies by coordinating with insurers, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quotes and market feedback. Act as the link between Client Executives and insurers, driving efficient market engagement while maintaining strong insurer relationships and ensuring compliance with internal placement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Placement and Renewal Management
- Manage the placement and renewal process from market submission through to binding.
- Prepare and review market submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor renewal timelines and proactively identify placement risks or delays.
Insurer Engagement and Negotiation
- Engage with insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms.
- Follow up with insurers to obtain timely quotations and underwriting decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers to improve market access and service levels.
Client and Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Client Executives to understand client requirements and placement strategy.
- Compare insurer terms and provide placement recommendations based on coverage, pricing, and market competitiveness.
Reporting and Records
- Maintain accurate placement records and produce reports on renewals, pipeline, insurer performance, and market trends.
Development and Opportunity Identification
- Support the development of new insurance solutions and market opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or early-career candidate preferred.
- Internship experience is a nice-to-have.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service.
- Good with numbers and comfortable working with data.
- Strong technical skills and confident using Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures.
- Open to learning and willing to take on new challenges.
- Familiarity with industry terminology and processes is a nice-to-have.
Additional Information
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Location: Dubai.
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
