Role Overview
Virtual Physical Fitness Trainer at Intellect HQ, UAE. This flexible, freelance role allows you to set your own hours and work from your own space, making it suitable as an addition to current employment or private practice.
Role Purpose
Guide clients through personalized fitness journeys designed around their unique needs and goals via video consultations and text-based support on an innovative platform.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coaching & Program Design
- Provide one-on-one fitness coaching through video consultations and text-based support on the platform.
- Tailor fitness programs to each client, adapting to their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations.
- Build lasting client relationships through clear and supportive communication.
- Respond quickly to client questions and feedback to ensure satisfaction and promote client retention.
Professional Development & Content
- Stay current on fitness trends and best practices to continually improve client results.
- Collaborate on innovative fitness content and program ideas to enhance the platform's offerings.
- Produce engaging video and written content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven work experience as a Physical Fitness Trainer.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to simplify complex fitness concepts.
- Proficiency in fitness tracking software, video conferencing, and other relevant digital tools.
- Empathetic, client-focused approach with a true passion for helping clients reach their goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
