Role Purpose

Capture and deliver high-quality visual content that showcases residential and commercial properties. Work hands-on across multiple property locations in Dubai, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to produce exceptional photography for listings and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Content Creation

• Conduct professional photoshoots of residential and commercial properties, highlighting their unique features and selling points.
• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, architectural and lifestyle photography for property listings and marketing campaigns.
• Edit, retouch and enhance photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar software.
• Ensure all photographs meet Driven Properties' brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest photography techniques, trends and equipment to continuously improve visual content.

Project & Operations Management

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute property photoshoots.
• Manage multiple photography assignments while ensuring timely delivery of edited images.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent working condition.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven professional photography experience, preferably within real estate, architecture or commercial photography.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography, particularly interior, exterior and architectural photography.
• Previous experience working with a real estate agency in Dubai is highly advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and other relevant photo-editing software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera settings and photography techniques.
• Experience using professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras and related photography equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
