Role Overview
Video & Photo Graphic Designer at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC, a specialty coffee and food & beverage company based in the UAE. Immediate joiners only.

Role Purpose
Create high-quality, engaging video, photo, and graphic content that showcases the company's products, services, branches, and brand identity across all marketing and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create professional and creative video and photo content for company products, coffee, food, beverages, branches, and events.
- Take professional product, food, beverage, and lifestyle photography.
- Produce engaging social media videos, reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and product videos.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content from concept to final delivery.
- Create attractive graphic designs, promotional materials, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing content.
Visual Concept Development
- Develop creative visual concepts to promote new products, campaigns, promotions, and store openings.
- Understand how to present specialty coffee and F&B products visually in an attractive and professional way.
- Develop new and innovative ideas for presenting products and brands.
Digital Platform Strategy
- Create content specifically suitable for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing requirements.
Brand & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop creative content according to marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity and brand standards.
- Work independently as well as with the Marketing team.
Editing & Quality Management
- Edit videos, photographs, graphics, and other digital content according to project requirements.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video, photography, graphic design, social media, and F&B content trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Video Production, Photography, Graphic Design, or a similar position.
- Previous experience in the Specialty Coffee, Café, Restaurant, Hospitality, or F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous video, photography, and graphic design work is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong skills in video shooting, video editing, photography, graphic design, and content creation.
- Good knowledge of creating videos and graphics specifically for food and beverage products.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
