Role Overview
Pharma Inbound Warehouse Central Coordinator at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Coordinate and manage inbound warehouse operations for pharmaceutical products, ensuring efficient receipt, processing, and organization of inventory while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive and process inbound pharmaceutical shipments according to established protocols.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming goods and inventory movements.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Verify product integrity and documentation upon receipt.
- Ensure all pharmaceutical products meet regulatory and company quality standards.
- Support compliance with pharmaceutical storage and handling requirements.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams regarding shipment timing and requirements.
- Communicate inventory status and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth handoff of products to next operational stages.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed logs and records of inbound activities.
- Generate reports on warehouse metrics and inventory levels as required.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and traceable for audit purposes.
