Role Overview

Pharma A Logistics Specialist at Tamer Group.

Role Purpose

Manage import logistics operations, vendor communications, and documentation to ensure timely clearance of goods, accurate financial settlement, and compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Forwarder Management

• Establish swift contact with vendors to facilitate import processes.
• Follow up with freight forwarders and trucking companies on invoice collection and settlement according to agreed rates.
• Collect commercial documents required for importation and goods import clearance.

Documentation & Financial Processing

• Collect financial documentation to settle vendor dues.
• Collect financial invoices for all shipments.
• Adhere to complete ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) imported process.
• Adhere to expenses submission process.

Visibility & Reporting

• Update Inbound visibility platform daily.
• Report damage and short shipments.
• Follow up on quarantine reservation processes.

General Duties

• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0–1 year of experience
