Role Purpose

Manage import logistics operations, vendor coordination, and documentation to ensure timely clearance and receipt of pharmaceutical goods while maintaining compliance with import processes and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Forwarder Management

• Establish swift contact with vendors to coordinate shipment timelines.
• Follow up with freight forwarders and trucking providers to collect invoices and settle accounts per agreed rates.

Import Documentation & Clearance

• Collect commercial documents required for importation of goods and import clearance.
• Adhere to complete Automated Shipment Notification (ASN) imported process.
• Collect financial documentation to settle vendor dues.
• Collect financial invoices for all shipments.

Operations & Visibility

• Update Inbound visibility platform daily.
• Follow up on quarantine reservation process.
• Report damage and shortage issues.

Compliance & Administration

• Adhere to expenses submission process.
• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by management from time to time.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with Customs Clearance Team.
• Coordinate with Inbound team.
• Coordinate with Aggregation team.
• Partner with external vendors and freight forwarders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0–1 year of experience required.
