Role Overview
Pest Control Supervisor at DP World.
Role Purpose
Supervise and coordinate pest control operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, effective treatment delivery, team performance, and high levels of client satisfaction across service locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and field staff.
- Inspect client sites to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain service schedules, reports, and treatment documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure proper use of pesticides and equipment in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Enforce workplace health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.
Team Leadership
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
Client Management
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pest control operations.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid pest control/operator license as required by local regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Training in chemical handling and safety, including pesticide application certification.
- First Aid and HSE certification preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience in integrated pest management (IPM).
- Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
