Personal Finance - Islamic Finance Executive - Dubai & NE (Outsource)

Role Overview

Personal Finance - Islamic Finance Executive at ADIB, based in Dubai and Northern Emirates. This is an outsourced role.

Role Purpose

Source Personal Finance Islamic Finance products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Product Sourcing

• Source Al Khair and Tadawul products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
• Visit institutions and governmental departments to meet potential customers and finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy and procedure.
• Initiate cross-sell of other banking products on best efforts basis.

Product Knowledge & Service Delivery

• Maintain full awareness of product knowledge and implement it at all times.
• Deliver timely and prompt service to customers.
• Maintain broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products and services.

Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with all institutions and governmental departments.
• Maintain good rapport with inter-department colleagues and peers by ensuring smooth flow of business.
• Escalate customer complaints to supervisor level if any.

Application & Documentation Processing

• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications and ensure all information provided is accurate.
• Verify authenticity of critical documents (Bank Statement, Passport copy, Salary certificate, etc.) prior to sending to DSPU for processing.
• Execute Murabaha contracts with customers representing ADIB.
• Prepare files according to the checklist and forward files for disbursement through coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities with customer.
• Ensure that all deals submitted are error-free and fix or rectify any errors.
• Check file activation and notify RSS in case of delay at RFO end.

Compliance & Process Management

• Adhere to stipulated office timing, follow secrecy norms strictly, and maintain data confidentiality.
• Follow the approval process and escalate any delays to RSS.
• Participate in activities assigned by line manager during promotions.

Skills & Competencies

• Fair knowledge of service standards and sales skills.
• Fair knowledge of computer skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
• General awareness of competitors in the local market.
