Role Overview

Performer at Miral Destinations. The role involves delivering live performances across Miral parks, properties and events.

Role Purpose

To perform all assigned shows and sets to a high standard, maintaining consistent character portrayal, stage presence and performance quality while adhering to health, safety and company conduct standards.

Key Responsibilities

Performances & Schedule

• Perform all shows and sets as per schedule defined by leadership.
• Maintain high quality of performance in all shows and sets performed.
• Showcase and maintain consistent performance as per character training and show rehearsals.
• Perform as a show host when required.
• Accept consideration for roles in other disciplines such as dancing and singing roles.

Performance Capabilities

• Perform comfortably both solo and in groups.
• Perform on stages of all scales including moving parts and/or near water.
• Learn and portray multiple IP characters consistently.
• Learn and demonstrate multiple accents as directed.
• Deliver strong stage presence and performance quality.

Preparation & Readiness

• Participate in warm-up sessions, rehearsals and cleaning sessions as required.
• Plan and execute personal warm-ups to ensure readiness for performances and safety standards are met.
• Observe call-times and be backstage ready for performance at scheduled show start time.
• Prioritize and maintain personal health and fitness standards.

Health, Safety & Incident Reporting

• Report illness or injury to leadership team immediately, following HSE procedures at all times.
• Report any damaged costumes or props to the leadership team immediately.

Costume & Props Management

• Take proper and professional care of all costume pieces, shoes, wigs, makeup and props.
• Refrain from engaging in any activities that may harm or damage the costumes or props.

Company Policies & Conduct

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, social media and behavior expectations in line with Miral's code of conduct.
• Observe the company's behavioral competencies when interacting with others.
• Adhere to company guidelines when using any facilities, including but not limited to rides, restaurants, retail shops, entrances and exits and smoking areas.

Meetings, Training & Performance Evaluations

• Attend all mandatory meetings and training required by Miral or the leadership team.
• Participate in job performance evaluations as defined by Miral.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Higher secondary or equivalent.
• Trained in acting and improvisation.
• Previous professional stage and/or performance experience.
• Ability to learn and portray multiple IP characters consistently.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate multiple accents as directed.
• Brand alignment and uniqueness.
• Physical aptitude to learn new skills as required.
• Strong stage presence and performance quality.

Desirable

• 4 years of proven professional stage and/or performance experience.
• Theme Park performance experience.
• GCC/UAE performance experience.
• Dance experience, singing, or physical comedy.

• This position includes work as directed across all Miral parks, properties and events when required.
