Role Overview
Performance Marketing Manager at kanz, a role focused on driving measurable growth through high-impact performance marketing.
Role Purpose
Lead performance marketing programs by setting clear KPIs, optimizing Google and Meta campaigns, improving measurement and attribution, and scaling the channels that deliver the best customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and conversion outcomes across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Own KPIs and continuously optimize paid media.
Analytics & Measurement
- Monitor marketing analytics and dashboards using GA4 and Looker.
- Develop attribution modeling and measurement strategies.
- Translate analytics into actionable plans.
Optimization & Testing
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation.
- Scale channels that deliver the best customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend.
- Apply continuous improvement mindset to all initiatives.
Strategic Planning
- Set clear KPIs and strategic priorities.
- Make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate across functions to increase qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Apply CRM and marketing automation basics to support program execution.
Skills & Competencies
