Role Overview
Performance Manager at Carat, part of the Dentsu network, based in Riyadh. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Role Purpose
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across paid search and other performance channels. Drive measurable outcomes, improve efficiency, and ensure campaigns deliver against client business goals through data-led decision-making and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end performance campaigns with primary focus on paid search.
Optimization
- Optimize bidding strategies, creatives, audience targeting, and landing experiences to improve performance.
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with analytics, content, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on performance objectives.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on digital performance trends, tools, and automation advancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization, bidding models, and measurement.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent client management skills.
