Performance Business Analyst

Role Overview

Performance Business Analyst at AlixPartners, located in KAFD, Riyadh. This is an entry-level position within the Business Analyst Accelerated Consulting Program, an 18–24 month program designed as a springboard to consulting at the firm.

Role Purpose

To develop core consulting skills while supporting client-facing teams and the firm's business development initiatives. The role progresses from supporting teams with research and analysis to joining regional engagement teams deployed to solve critical client issues, building business acumen through industry rotations and formal training.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Intellectual Capital

• Support the firm's business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities.
• Develop intellectual capital to strengthen the firm's service offerings.

Client Engagement & Analysis

• Support client-facing teams with industry research and company analysis.
• Progress to membership of regional engagement teams solving clients' most critical issues once foundational skills are established.

Learning & Development

• Participate in formal training and on-the-job learning to develop core consulting skillsets, including digital languages.
• Complete industry rotations to build business acumen and understanding across AlixPartners' sectors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Clear and concise communication skills; ability to interact with team members at varying levels.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated mindset.
• Curious to learn about various industries and types of consulting engagements.

• Effective organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple concurrent projects.

Additional Information

Office Location: KAFD, Riyadh

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday, hybrid model

Contract Type: Hybrid work model combining in-person and remote working.

Travel: Willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel as required; role may occasionally require travel to local client sites or international travel for training.

Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects and needs arise.
