Role Purpose

Support the HR department's daily operations and drive initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring seamless HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Processes

• Support HR department daily operations.
• Manage recruitment processes.
• Oversee employee onboarding.
• Facilitate training initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement activities.

Employee Relations & Support

• Act as liaison between employees and management.
• Ensure seamless HR processes.
• Support employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR systems.
• Previous experience with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement is an advantage.
