Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality pelvic floor rehabilitation services through evidence-based assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. Achieve measurable clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Treatment Planning

• Evaluate patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using detailed physiotherapy assessments.
• Design individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs.

Therapeutic Interventions

• Deliver pelvic floor training, biofeedback, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
• Coach patients on pelvic health, posture, lifestyle, and self-management.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Partner with Gynecology, Urology, Obstetrics, Colorectal Surgery, and allied health teams.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records and uphold hospital policies, quality standards, and data privacy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related specialty.
• Valid professional license or registration.
• Specialized experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women's health.
• Experience working in hospital settings and multidisciplinary teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Empathetic and clear communication with patients.

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
