Role Overview
PDR Repair Technician at Lucid Motors. This position requires experienced automotive repair technicians to work with cutting-edge electric vehicle technology in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Role Purpose
The PDR Repair Technician performs diagnostics, body repairs, disassembly, and reassembly of Lucid's all-electric vehicles while maintaining the highest quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement in repair procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Analysis
- Perform diagnostic testing on Lucid Motors' all-electric vehicles efficiently and expertly.
- Provide engineering teams with comprehensive failure analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret automotive harness and circuit diagrams.
Body Repair & Assembly
- Perform body repairs to achieve high-quality standards that meet Lucid specifications.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed while maintaining vehicle and workstation cleanliness.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools with strong focus on safety and quality.
Continuous Learning & Development
- Participate in ongoing skill development to further technical expertise.
- Learn and gain proficiency on new technologies.
- Contribute to the development of repair procedures.
- Train others on repair procedures.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Document repair activities electronically using a variety of systems as needed.
- Assist in identifying and correcting the cause of problems by partnering with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required and maintain a clean environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work at the required pace while maintaining high-level craftsmanship.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time during vehicle repair.
- Ability to walk, sit, bend, push or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl frequently.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 22 kilos.
- Ability to use heavy shop equipment (hoists, lifts, lifting tables) safely.
- Follow instructions in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic IT literacy.

- Hourly non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off; salaried exempt employees accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
