Role Purpose

Working closely with qualified pedagogical staff, you will support the daily care and development of children ages 3 to 6, accompanying them through an engaging kindergarten experience while contributing to a safe, stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Child Care and Support

• Support educators in daily child care and developmental support
• Accompany and implement diverse activities, creative offerings, and play-based learning
• Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating learning environment

Program Delivery

• Design and conduct an independent afternoon activity program once per week
• Assist in preparing pedagogical activities, projects, and celebrations

Collaboration

• Maintain open, appreciative dialogue with the team and parents
• Implement the school's pedagogical concepts while bringing your own ideas to practice

Qualifications & Experience

• Native-level German language proficiency
• Valid residency visa for the United Arab Emirates
• Local health insurance for the UAE
• Initial experience in childcare is advantageous but not mandatory
