Role Overview

Product Manager – Payment Solutions & Cash Management at TAWANTECH. This role leads strategic initiatives across payments and cash management solutions.

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end product development and delivery across payment solutions and cash management, from ideation through launch and post-implementation, with deep expertise in Saudi banking and payments infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Payments & Cash Management Strategy

• Lead strategic initiatives across corporate cash management, liquidity, payments rails, collections, POS, e-commerce acquiring, cards, and digital wallets.
• Own product expertise and hands-on delivery across at least two core payment or cash management domains.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Engage effectively with senior executives, regulators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex payment concepts clearly.

Product Delivery & Execution

• Drive initiatives through to successful delivery from ideation to post-implementation.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and approval processes throughout product lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Corporate Cash Management & Liquidity, Payments & Payment Rails, Collections/POS/E-commerce Acquiring, or Cards & Digital Wallets.
• Good understanding of payment domains not represented by primary experience areas.
• Experience working in a Saudi bank, licensed PSP, or payments company.
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAMA regulations and approval processes.
• Proven track record of delivering product initiatives end-to-end.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Saudi payment infrastructure including SARIE, Saudi Payments, mada, SADAD, ZATCA (Fatoora), Mudad, Nafath, and Open Banking.
• Strong understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, APIs, and payment integrations.
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, PCI DSS, and data privacy.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented with proven ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.
