Role Purpose

Accurately receive, verify, and prepare automotive parts for delivery while maintaining organized inventory systems and ensuring customer satisfaction within warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Verification

• Receive and verify incoming automotive parts against goods receipts and picking lists.
• Inspect packages for damage and confirm quantities.

Parts Picking & Preparation

• Pick and prepare parts for delivery according to delivery notes.
• Ensure accurate part number matching and proper arrangement by size and location.

Organization & Storage

• Organize and stack picked items using proper ergonomic practices.
• Place heavier items in lower and medium positions and lighter items on top.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, parts picking, or inventory management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately match part numbers and verify quantities.
• Physical capability to handle and move automotive parts safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and packing list procedures.
