Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Verification

• Receive and verify incoming automotive parts shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Inspect items for damage and confirm quantities match documentation before acceptance.
• Validate part numbers and cross-reference physical inventory with system records.

Inventory Management & Organization

• Organize and categorize parts by size and type to optimize storage and retrieval.
• Place parts in designated warehouse locations and maintain organized inventory systems.

Reporting & Documentation

• Report discrepancies, shortages, and damages to supervisors and document issues appropriately.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, parts picking, or inventory management.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret packing lists, purchase orders, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and SAP or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
