Role Overview

Role Purpose

Manage warehouse operations for BYD vehicle components, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting workshop efficiency, and ensuring timely parts availability across the dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage

• Receive, verify, and store incoming parts shipments while checking quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and ensure proper handling of high-value, fragile, and high-voltage components.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies and damaged goods, and report issues to management promptly.

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately for workshop operations, retail customers, and inter-branch distribution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or automotive parts handling.

Skills & Competencies

• Physical capability to handle automotive parts and warehouse operations with discipline and accuracy.
• Ability to work safely with high-voltage components and follow strict safety protocols.
