Role Overview
Parts Advisor at Al Ghurair.
Role Purpose
To identify and supply correct parts based on vehicle and repair requirements, support workshop operations, and drive parts sales revenue while maintaining inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Parts Supply & Identification
- Identify and supply the correct parts based on vehicle and repair requirements.
- Handle retail and internal parts inquiries professionally.
- Support workshop technicians and Service Advisors with timely parts availability.
Orders & Quotations
- Prepare parts quotations and process orders accurately.
- Monitor parts availability and follow up on backorders and urgent requirements.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and documentation of parts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams for parts replenishment.
Sales & Performance
- Promote parts sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve assigned parts KPIs and business targets.
