Role Purpose

The Fashion Consultant role exists to deliver a great customer experience while supporting sales targets. You will engage customers in-store and online, identify product preferences and sales trends, and contribute to the overall success of the store through relationship-building and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Help identify what products are selling well or not selling well
• Work to help increase sales in store
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on offers

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer preferences and needs
• Build good relationships with customers both in-store and online
• Capture customer details correctly when needed

Store Operations

• Follow store guidelines and daily procedures
• Make sure customer orders (like click & collect) are handled on time
• Support store events and activities
• Work closely with your team and support a positive work environment

Feedback & Insights

• Share feedback on products and what customers like
• Share your feedback on what is working well in the store and what can be improved

Brand & Marketing Awareness

• Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media

Customer Experience

• Support customer experience initiatives
