Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store operations in a fast-paced retail environment while supporting the team in day-to-day store activities.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Merchandising
- Manage assigned store sections by maintaining visual merchandising standards, including product folding, displays, and section organization
- Maintain high housekeeping standards on the shop floor
- Ensure cash desk areas remain organized and fully stocked throughout shifts
Customer Service & Transactions
- Provide quality customer service both in-store and via telephone, greeting customers promptly and professionally
- Process customer transactions including sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately across multiple payment methods
- Engage effectively with diverse customers
Stockroom Management
- Organize and maintain efficient stockroom operations
- Ensure inventory is properly arranged and accessible

- Retail experience with proven customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
