Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Maintain assigned store sections with attention to visual merchandising and product displays
- Ensure overall presentation standards are upheld throughout the shop floor
- Commit to maintaining store presentation standards
Sales & Customer Service
- Process sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately across all payment methods
- Ensure efficient customer checkout
- Acknowledge and assist customers promptly
- Provide knowledgeable support to drive sales and enhance shopping experience
- Engage customers professionally and courteously
Housekeeping & Organization
- Uphold housekeeping standards throughout the shop floor
- Ensure cash desk areas remain organized and fully stocked
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and payment processing procedures
