Role Purpose

To build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents, manage all parent communications and engagement activities, and serve as the primary point of contact for parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns to support student retention and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Prospective Parent Engagement

• Welcome all prospective parents to the Academy and handle initial enquiries.
• Conduct tours of the Academy for prospective families.
• Assist with external marketing for the Academy and manage social media channels.
• Assist the Admissions team as needed with enquiries and enrolments.
• Create and send welcome information packs to new families prior to joining the Academy.
• Plan induction and transition days with senior leadership and host these events.

Existing Parent Communication & Support

• Maintain open lines of communication with existing parents throughout the year.
• Send updated notifications from the Leadership Team and teachers via email and newsletters.
• Manage the feedback process, acting as the initial point of contact for parent questions or concerns.
• Liaise with school faculty to resolve issues and maintain records of parent queries.
• Share weekly reports with the school Principal on parent feedback and ensure compliance with escalation processes and complaints procedures.

Community & Parent Engagement

• Organize parent and community events to engage parents in school activities and celebrations.
• Support the school's parent engagement activities.
• Work closely with parent bodies such as the Parent Council and Parent Ambassadors.
• Manage and continually develop school communication channels, including newsletters, to ensure the parent population is fully informed of school activities.
• Undertake regular surveys of new parent views on the enrolment process and other subjects of relevance.
• Drive communication on the reenrolment process and increase parent retention.
• Work with the Marketing team at headquarters on enquiry-generating activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the region.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in the Education sector is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent office management skills and computer literacy.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferable.
