Role Overview
Parade Spotter at The Production Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an event-based temporary contract role reporting to the Stage Manager.
Role Purpose
Support the delivery of a large-scale project by ensuring the smooth movement, positioning, safety, and coordination of parade participants, performers, vehicles, and props throughout rehearsals and live event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Parade Coordination & Positioning
- Monitor the movement and positioning of parade performers, delegations, vehicles, and production elements along the parade route.
- Ensure participants are in the correct locations and prepared for cue timings.
- Observe and verify parade formations and transitions throughout the ceremony.
Operations & Support
- Assist with participant marshalling, crowd flow, and backstage coordination.
- Support rehearsals and live event operations, ensuring all movements are executed according to the event plan.
- Work closely with event operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Safety & Communication
- Follow health, safety, and emergency procedures at all times.
- Maintain radio communication and provide real-time updates to supervisors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in events, live productions, ceremonies, sports events, festivals, or large-scale activations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to remain calm and responsive in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Team-oriented and adaptable mindset.
- Safety-conscious.
Additional Information
