Role Overview
Painter/Polisher at Hilton. The role is based at a Hilton hotel property and focuses on maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal of guest rooms and public areas.
Role Purpose
Ensure all painted surfaces, wall coverings, and finishes are well-maintained and visually appealing throughout the hotel, delivering memorable experiences that contribute to exceptional guest stays.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and Application
- Prepare and apply finishes by painting and polishing surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas to meet required standards and timelines.
Installation and Maintenance
- Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings using materials such as vinyl, fabric, and foil.
- Maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces using stain, varnish, and lacquer.
Tools and Equipment
- Maintain all painting tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent working condition.
Supply Management
- Oversee supply inventory.
- Ensure all paints and solvents are stored safely and properly.
