Painter

Role Overview

Retal is seeking an experienced Painter to join the real estate and property management team in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Maintain and enhance the aesthetic and protective qualities of residential and commercial properties through professional painting services, working independently and as part of a team to ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation

• Prepare surfaces including cleaning, sanding, and applying primer on walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces

Application & Finishing

• Apply paint, varnish, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and address any touch-ups or corrections

Equipment & Maintenance

• Maintain painting equipment and tools in proper working condition

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations on all job sites

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial property maintenance

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of various painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods
• Ability to work safely at heights and in challenging conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results

Additional Information

• Valid work visa for Saudi Arabia required
• Reliable transportation required
