Company Overview

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Operations
- Assign the engineering team according to daily work schedule to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
- Check air conditioning, water, and fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards.
- Close coordinate with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation.
Team Supervision
- Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties.
- Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the hotel.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with other operational departments to ensure they have all required engineering support to perform their duties.
- Support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Literate in the use of Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
