Role Overview
Paid Ad Designer (Freelance) at Burjline Builders. This is a freelance position focused on paid advertising design for Qureos, an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies discover, assess, and hire top talent faster.
Role Purpose
Design high-quality, performance-focused creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role prioritizes paid ad design with secondary support for landing page and social media design as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Design
- Design compelling paid ad creatives across different platforms and formats.
- Create creative variations for testing and optimization.
- Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth team on campaign creatives.
Supporting Design
- Support landing page and social media design when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.
- Motion and video design experience is a plus.
