Packaging Multi-skill Technician at Mondelēz International. This role operates independently or with coaching on production lines across snacking manufacturing facilities.

Role Purpose

You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance standards. You use technical skills to improve line and system performance to meet business needs and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Operate equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Execute all standard work processes on your equipment using autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards.
• Independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance standards.

Safety & Quality

• Ensure that safety processes are observed during all operations.
• Perform quality assurance activities.

Performance & Reporting

• Understand the losses in their area and equipment.
• Report losses in area and equipment.
• Use technical skills to improve line and system performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience operating machines with coaching.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machines.
• Reading and writing ability.
• Fluency in the language of communication as appropriate to the site.
