Role Overview

Outlets Manager at The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton™, a Hilton property located in Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose

Oversee all aspects of operations across four food and beverage outlets—Matinee/Float (Pool Bars), Sidekicks (All Day Dining), and Craft Services (Cafe)—ensuring unified leadership, operational consistency, enhanced guest experiences, and improved efficiency and performance across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlet areas.
• Ensure that all food safety standards are met.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high performance.

Guest Experience Management

• Ensure personalized service across all outlets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels and manage ordering.
• Control costs to optimize profitability.

Sales & Revenue Support

• Drive upselling initiatives across outlets.
• Monitor sales performance and support revenue targets.

Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel, or 2–3 years as an Assistant Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager (for Assistant Manager level candidates).
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong all-day dining experience.
• Comfortable managing diverse outlet operations, including outdoor environments and pool operations.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
