Role Purpose
Ensure consistent, quality service is delivered to all guests. Assist the manager with achieving high scores on guest satisfaction surveys, recognizing repeat guests, and meeting all reasonable guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Handle guest concerns, reacting quickly and professionally.
- Recognize repeat guests.
Team Supervision & Standards
- Supervise the Food & Beverage Outlet team in all aspects of the department.
- Ensure service standards are followed.
- Ensure Colleagues have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods being served in the Food & Beverage Outlet.
- Balance operational and Colleague needs.
Operations & Compliance
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Have full knowledge of all menus and promotions.
Revenue & Upselling
- Maximize revenues by upselling and following budget guidelines.
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
Additional Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required.
- Proven work experience as an Outlet Supervisor.
- High school diploma.
- Food safety training is a plus.
