Role Overview
Outlet Manager at InterContinental Riyadh, IHG Hotels and Resorts. Based in Riyadh, this role manages daily operations of an assigned food and beverage outlet under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or their delegate.
Role Purpose
Manage the daily operations of an assigned food and beverage outlet to ensure exceptional guest experiences, achieve financial and operational objectives, lead the team effectively, and maintain the highest service and brand standards in line with InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet.
- Organize daily operations and resource allocation.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support the outlet team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Manage staffing and scheduling.
- Support team development.
- Promote the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team, and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
Financial & Cost Management
- Manage stock levels and operating costs.
- Support budgeting and revenue objectives.
- Manage costs and resources effectively.
Guest Experience & Service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Work professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain high operational and service standards.
- Comply with IHG and hotel policies.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrate accountability through proven experience in food and beverage outlet management, team leadership, and operational delivery.
