La Sirene is an upscale Lebanese restaurant located on one of Dubai's most beautiful terraces overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai. The restaurant is known for handcrafted food inspired by traditional recipes, generous hospitality, and spectacular views.
Role Purpose
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind one of Dubai's most exciting dining destinations. You will lead every aspect of the restaurant, from inspiring your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences to driving commercial success, operational excellence, and creating a culture where every guest feels genuinely welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Create memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations during every service.
- Build genuine relationships with guests, recognize returning visitors, and create moments that inspire loyalty.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and inspire a high performing team.
- Create an engaging culture built on pride, ownership, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations.
Operations
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations across all meal periods.
- Maintain Avani brand standards, hygiene regulations, HACCP compliance, and health and safety procedures.
- Monitor service quality, ambience, cleanliness, presentation, and attention to every detail.
Commercial Performance
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost targets while delivering exceptional value.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through creative promotions, seasonal experiences, and upselling initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, guest feedback, and operational KPIs to continuously improve results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience of 3 years working in premium restaurants.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven experience achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, team management, budgeting, and restaurant operations.
- Experience within lifestyle or award winning restaurant concepts is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating people.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong operational discipline with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Arabic is considered an asset.
