Role Overview
Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive at Burjline Builders, based in Dubai, UAE.
Role Purpose
Drive B2B sales and customer acquisition across the UAE by visiting trade customers, demonstrating jewellery-making tools and machinery, and executing field-level marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Visit goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, manufacturers and refineries across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Northern Emirates.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers.
- Demonstrate jewellery-making tools, machinery and equipment to customers.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
Account Management
- Manage customers who purchase on credit and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Marketing & Market Intelligence
- Support exhibitions, product launches and other field marketing activities.
- Collect market feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in the jewellery industry, jewellery tools/machinery, industrial equipment or related products.
- Experience selling to goldsmiths, jewellery workshops or manufacturers is a strong advantage.
- An existing network within the jewellery trade is highly preferred.
- Experience with plating or industrial chemicals is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with customer visits, product demonstrations and sales follow-ups.
- Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic is an advantage.
Additional Information
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: 2–4 years
- Salary: Based on experience, with additional sales incentives.
- UAE driving licence preferred; company vehicle provided.
- Working location covers Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Northern Emirates, with potential travel to other GCC markets depending on business requirements.
