Organization & Job Analyst

Role Overview

PetroRabigh is seeking an Organization & Job Analyst to join our team. This role is based at our organization and focuses on assessing organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities to support workforce planning, ensure accurate job descriptions, and align talent management with business goals.

Role Purpose

To conduct thorough organizational and job analysis studies, develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, perform job evaluations, and provide expert guidance on organizational structure and design. This position is vital in supporting workforce planning, ensuring legal compliance, and driving organizational efficiency while helping attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational & Job Analysis

• Conduct thorough organizational and job analysis studies to document existing roles, responsibilities, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Develop, update, and maintain clear and accurate job descriptions and specifications for all positions, ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal standards.
• Partner with HR teams and departmental leaders to evaluate job content, scope, and requirements for new and existing positions.
• Analyse workforce data, organization charts, and staffing needs to support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring projects.

Job Evaluation & Compensation

• Perform job evaluations using established methodologies to determine appropriate job grades, salary bands, and career paths, aiding in the development of competitive compensation structures.
• Conduct market benchmarking studies to ensure job roles and pay structures are aligned with industry standards and current market practice.

Strategy & Advisory

• Provide expert advice and guidance to management regarding job design, job families, and organizational structure for optimal efficiency and clarity.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to organization management and job evaluation.

Reporting & Documentation

• Support the preparation of analytical reports, presentations, and documentation regarding organizational structure, job analysis findings, and recommendations.

HR Initiatives

• Assist in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion within the organizational framework.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in job analysis, organization development, or HR analytics, ideally in a large corporate or industrial setting.
• Relevant professional certifications in job evaluation, organization design, or HR analytics (e.g., CIPD, Korn Ferry, Hay, Mercer) are highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret and apply employment legislation and best practices in job and organization analysis.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent analytical and research skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of preparing clear reports and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications; working knowledge of HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is an advantage.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times.
• Fluency in English.
