Role Overview

Order Taker position at Marriott, Saudi Arabia only.

Role Purpose

Build memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of hotel spaces and fulfilling guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Requests

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.

Housekeeping Operations

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
• Stock housekeeping carts.
• Move about assigned spaces and complete work as needed.

Standards & Compliance

• Ensure a safe workplace for all staff.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards consistently.
• Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Hands-on approach to work.

Additional Information

• Position requires being on feet and moving around the hotel throughout the shift.
