Oracle Technical Consultant - Lead

Role Overview

Oracle Technical Consultant - Lead at NMC Healthcare. This is a senior technical role focused on architecting and delivering enterprise integration solutions within Oracle Cloud environments, particularly for healthcare-specific implementations.

Role Purpose

Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex Oracle Fusion Cloud integration solutions that connect enterprise ERP systems with healthcare applications, while developing advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Design

• Architect and implement scalable integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Applications, and external healthcare systems including Insta, Cerner, and EPIC.
• Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and orchestrations for Fusion-to-external system connectivity.
• Establish best practices for data consistency, transformation, and validation across Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.

Data Integration & Migration

• Handle data migration support via FBDI/HDL, error handling, performance tuning, and alignment with analytics or migration teams.
• Develop expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Integration (OCIDI), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and ETL processes.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Develop reporting solutions with BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BICC extracts, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including custom data models and dashboards.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
• Manage integration monitoring with expertise in error handling, logging, and debugging integration failures.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
• Lead the impact assessment of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, ensuring integrations remain functional and aligned with evolving system capabilities.

Documentation & Technical Leadership

• Develop technical documentation, including report specifications, integration architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and API specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Integration Solution Architecture and large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Proven track record of leading complex Oracle Fusion Cloud integration projects.
• Experience with healthcare-specific ERP integrations such as Insta, Cerner, and EPIC.

Skills & Competencies

Oracle Technologies

• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BPEL, and SOA middleware solutions.
• Proficiency in BIP, OTBI, OAC, and custom data models.
• Experience in enterprise-wide finance and SCM system transformation and Oracle Cloud ERP integration.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS models.

API & Web Services

• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Web Services.

Security & Compliance

• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSL, encryption, and compliance frameworks including HIPAA and GDPR for secure data exchange.
