Role Purpose

Provide techno-functional support and development for Oracle EBS HRMS systems, handling both technical customization and functional business requirements across multiple HRMS modules.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Customization

• Develop new Forms and customize existing Forms.
• Customize CUSTOM.pll files.
• Develop new reports and customize existing reports.
• Develop new Workflows and customize existing Workflows.
• Customize Oracle R12 Approvals Management Engine (AME) for Absence Management.
• Perform customization and personalization using Oracle Apps Framework.

Data Integration

• Execute Data Conversion and Migrations.
• Develop and manage Inbound and Outbound interfaces in Client Systems.

Technical Support

• Handle Oracle EBS HRMS functional issues.
• Handle Oracle EBS HRMS technical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex User EBS problems in HRMS functional setup, bugs and enhancements across Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management, Performance Management, Oracle Learning Management and iRecruitment.
• Write and debug Fast Formulas in Oracle Payroll.
• Manage PTO Carryover Process.

Collaboration and Vendor Management

• Work closely with QA and DBA teams to ensure quality of delivered objects.
• Partner with Oracle Corporation by raising Service Requests (SR), monitoring progress and participating in Oracle World Class (OWC) calls to resolve Oracle EBS issues.
• Mentor and support subordinates as a team player.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS R12 12.1.3.

• SQL.
• PL/SQL.
• Shell Script.
• XML.
• Basic Java.

• FTP tool.

Additional Information

• Joining timeframe: 2 weeks maximum (1 month extension possible).
• Selected candidates will join VAM Systems – Bahrain and be deputed to one of the leading Government Organizations in Bahrain.
